Daiwa Living Co., Ltd. is a rental housing and condominium management and operation company that is 100% owned by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.
While listening to many opinions and requests from our customers, we have continued to provide valuable services that respond flexibly and proactively to social changes and needs.

Thanks to you, we now have over 69 units under management, and we are deeply grateful for the steady growth we have been able to achieve, which we owe entirely to the support of our customers.

In January 2022, we merged Daiwa Living Management (sublease business) into Daiwa Living in order to speed up decision-making and build a system that simplifies relationships with our customers.

Daiwa Living Companies, comprised of "Daiwa Living" (subleasing business, property management, landlord agency services, hotel, serviced apartment, and energy business), "Daiwa Estate" (brokerage business), "Daiwa Living Trust" (managed real estate trust business), and "DU-NET" (internet provider business), strives to provide high-quality services as a total supporter for the management and operation of rental housing.

Additionally, we have established multiple bases overseas, including "DaiwaLiving USA" and "DaiwaLiving California" (2015, USA), "DaiwaLiving Australia" (2016, Australia), and "Daiwa Living Vietnam" (2017, Vietnam), and are engaged in rental management and brokerage businesses as well as service apartment businesses. We will continue to further expand our business operations, including in response to globalization.

In today's rental housing industry, customer needs are becoming more diverse and complex, and there are a number of important issues to deal with, including a rapid decline in the birthrate and aging population. Companies are being required to respond quickly to these various changes both domestically and internationally.
