Yamato Living Co., Ltd. is the landlord
Electricity will be provided to the tenants.

D-ROOM is available through Yamato Living
Electricity is provided by Daiwa House.

D-ROOM Electricity (electricity distribution service) is provided by landlords to tenants.
Daiwa Living Co., Ltd. has signed an electricity supply contract with Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.
We will distribute electricity to the residents living in D-ROOM.
*An "Electricity Distribution Service Contract" will be concluded between the customer and Yamato Living Co., Ltd.
D-ROOM Denki's electricity rates are the same as Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.'s electricity rates for rental housing.
Regarding properties where the electricity supply contract concluded by Daiwa Living Co., Ltd. was switched from a major electric power company (such as Tokyo Electric Power Company Energy Partner) to Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.,
Until the switching is complete, the rates will be the same as those of major power companies.

The properties listed below are rooms where D-ROOM Denki (electricity service) is not available.
In addition, the range of rooms that are unavailable may be subject to change.
・Generally managed properties (properties where Daiwa Living Co., Ltd. is not the landlord)
• National Hospital Organization properties, real estate securitization properties
・All-electric properties (including ZEH-M properties), solar power properties where tenants sell electricity (including ZEH-M properties)
