RemodelIn anticipation of occupancy needs,
We propose plans to increase asset value
The renovation was carried out with the aim of ensuring stable management for the owner.
Rental housing evolves year by year, and preferred layouts and features change with the times. Not only do rental housing show signs of wear and tear as it ages, but occupancy rates also decline when the layout and facilities no longer meet current needs.
In times like these, we recommend renovating your rental property.
As a rental housing management company, Daiwa Living has a strong sense of current tenant needs through daily contact with residents.
Additionally, as a member of the Daiwa House Group with a specialized renovation department, we will fully utilize our comprehensive strengths to make proposals that will not only increase occupancy rates but also increase the asset value of owners.

Tenant recruitment
We will start accepting applications for tenants even before construction is completed, as the new facilities and specifications will be used.
