The owner will be responsible for any "deterioration due to aging" or "normal wear and tear."
We ask that residents cover the cost of damage caused by intentional or accidental acts, violation of the duty of care, or other use that exceeds normal use. We offer a "Repair Pack" as support for the cost of restoring the property to its original state.
