If you are currently living in a Daiwa Living rental property and then move to a Daiwa Living property, you will receive the following benefits.

*Even if the rent for your new room is free for half a month, some expenses such as household contents insurance may still be incurred.
*If you receive a half-month free rent, this offer is only valid for the first time.
Conditions for receiving benefits
- 1.Current tenants, residents and cohabitants residing in properties managed by Daiwa Living.
- 2. Your next home will also be a property managed by Yamato Living (contract holder, tenant, or roommate).
Points to note about benefits
- 1. Expenses other than rent (common area fees, parking fees, etc.) are not included.
- 2. When you sign a lease for a new room, there will be a certain amount of internal screening.
Please note that we may not be able to conclude a contract with you depending on our screening criteria. - 3. Cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns or discount systems.
- 4. This offer applies to properties where Yamato Living is the landlord.
- 5. When the rental contract is concluded, a brokerage fee will be charged to the brokerage company.
- 6. Monthly properties and securitized properties are not eligible.
