D-ROOM Community Coexistence Fund

Three companies involved in Daiwa House's rental housing business (Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., Daiwa Living Co., Ltd., and Daiwa House Rental Renovation Co., Ltd.) established the "Daiwa House Group D-ROOM Regional Coexistence Fund" on October 3, 2022, to establish a new circular business model centered on "D-ROOM" through contributing to local issues.

"Disaster Cooperation and Support Agreement" concluded

The two groups have concluded a Disaster Cooperation and Support Agreement to promote collaboration and information sharing in peacetime and emergencies in the rental housing they manage, further strengthen local disaster prevention capabilities, and provide housing where residents can live in peace.
